We are seeking a Social Media & Communications Manager who embodies our values, thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and is eager to bring fresh ideas to our team. This role requires a proactive, organized, and passionate individual who understands the ever-evolving digital and PR landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a content strategy for Wanni Fuga’s social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, ensuring alignment with Company goals and priorities.
- Create engaging, high-quality content for social channels, incorporating product highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, and company announcements.
- Monitor social media trends, analyse performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Actively drive initiatives to grow the brand's social media presence, boost sales and implement new platform opportunities.
- Develop and oversee the Company’s social media profiles and online presence, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Act as the brand steward by maintaining digital best practices, managing all channels, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and boost engagement.
- Public Relations & Communication:
- Handle all PR-related communication and correspondence, including press releases, media requests, and email outreach.
- Act as the point of contact for press and media inquiries, fostering strong relationships with influencers, editors, and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners on campaigns, events, and other brand initiatives.
- Support cross-functional projects to ensure cohesive storytelling and branding across all touchpoints.
- Work with internal teams, including Production, Design, Media, and Customer Support, to align communications and social media efforts with broader business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Communications, or Public Relations, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Passionate about fashion, creativity, and storytelling with a deep understanding of current trends and digital best practices.
- Proven experience creating and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
- Digitally savvy with strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Photography, videography, and/or graphic design skills are a plus.
