We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Flagship Store in Ikoyi. As the face of Wanni Fuga, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. This position requires a customer-focused individual who is passionate about fashion and committed to upholding our brand’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Welcome and assist customers in the store, providing an excellence and personalised shopping environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat customers.
- Educate customers on Wanni Fuga’s brand, craftsmanship, and product details.
- Sales and Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by delivering excellent service and upselling products.
- Process transactions efficiently using the store’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Co-ordinate and participate in Store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Merchandising and Store Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure that products are properly displayed, tagged, and restocked promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the Inventory team.
Customer Relationship Management
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Maintain client records for follow-ups, special orders, and loyalty programs.
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with store colleagues and management to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
