We are seeking a Finance and Accounts Associate to manage and oversee our financial operations. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy, tracking payments, and supporting the overall financial health of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Management & Bookkeeping

• Track and confirm payments from customers and stockists, ensuring accurate records.

• Raise invoices, process expenses, and manage financial transactions efficiently.

• Perform weekly reconciliations and generate detailed monthly financial reports.

• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and ensure timely financial reporting.

• Maintain financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent financial accuracy and analytical skills.

• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or fashion is a plus!
