We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with the Wanni Fuga brand. This role requires a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Support & Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media channels.
- Provide accurate information about Wanni Fuga products, services, and policies.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional tone in all customer interactions.
- Order Management
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues.
- Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the Inventory and Logistics teams to resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Feedback & Reporting
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve products, processes and services and ensure better customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Provide regular reports on customer service metrics and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments, including Production, Inventory and Order Fulfillment, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist during company events and promotions, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passionate about fashion and committed to delivering a luxury customer experience.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Wanni Fuga products and brand ethos is a plus.
