We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team and support the customer service department in delivering exceptional experiences to our valued clients. This role is perfect for a proactive, enthusiastic individual eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Support Assistance
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, assist with order placements, and answer general customer questions.
- Help resolve minor customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the Customer Support Representative and other members of team.
- Support customer service efforts during events, ensuring clients are attended to promptly.

- Order Coordination
- Track customer orders and update customers on their status.
- Assist with order logging and liaise with the Inventory and Order Fulfillment teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Feedback Collection
- Collect and organize customer feedback to support the team in improving customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing reports on customer interactions and overall service performance.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support the team with data entry and other administrative duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A passion for customer service and a keen interest in the fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
