Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Developer to work closely with

the Creative Director in translating creative concepts into beautifully crafted garments.

This role is responsible for managing the product development process from design concept

through sampling and production, ensuring that every garment meets Wanni Fuga’s

standards for quality, fit, and finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to develop seasonal and core collections

- Manage the product development process from concept through sampling and production approval

- Coordinate fittings, revisions, and approvals with pattern makers and entire production teams

- Ensure garments meet brand standards for construction, fit, finishing, and overall quality

- Track development timelines and ensure all deadlines are met

- Work closely with production and finance teams to manage costing and product feasibility

- Maintain organised records of designs, specifications, and garment samples

Requirements
- Degree or certification in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product development within a fashion brand

- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims

- Proven experience managing samples, fittings, and production timelines

- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

- High attention to detail and a strong quality mindset
