The Fulfillment & Logistics Associate is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end fulfillment and logistics process for Wanni Fuga. The role ensures that customer orders, store transfers, stockist replenishments, pop-up/event stock, and other product movements are accurately picked, checked, packed, documented, dispatched, and delivered on time.   

The Associate will work closely with the Sales, Customer Service, Inventory, Retail, Production, Quality Control, and Finance teams, as well as external logistics partners, to ensure smooth movement of products and accurate inventory records.   

The role requires strong attention to detail, organisation, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple orders and deliveries simultaneously while maintaining Wanni Fuga's service and product standards. 



Key Responsibilities

* Manage the fulfillment process from confirmed order to final dispatch.   

* Receive and review customer orders to ensure all required information is complete and accurate.   

* Conduct quality checks to ensure garments meet Wanni Fuga's standards before packaging.   

* Ensure all products are properly folded, packaged, labeled, and prepared according to Wanni Fuga's packaging standards.   

* Maintain accurate records of fulfilled, pending, canceled, returned, and dispatched orders.   

* Coordinate local and international deliveries for customers, stores, stockists, pop-ups, and other business requirements.   

* Coordinate the preparation and movement of stock.   

* Work with the inventory, retail, and operations team to ensure stock is prepared according to the approved list.   

* Support accurate inventory management by ensuring all product movements are properly documented.   

* Work closely with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock records.   

* Work closely with customer service to resolve fulfillment related customer complaints.   

* File invoices, transfer note, waybill, delivery confirmations, return records, and other logistics documentation.   

* Identify gaps, recurring issues, and inefficiencies within the fulfillment and logistics process.   

* Carry out any other fulfillment related assigned by the fulfillment manager.   


Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

* Proficiency in using ERP systems for inventory management, order processing, stock reconciliation, and fulfillment tracking.   

* Experience scheduling courier bookings, preparing shipping documentation, and coordinating shipment dispatches.   

* Ability to manage shipment tracking, monitor delivery progress, and follow up on delayed or pending deliveries.   

* Knowledge of international and domestic shipping procedures, including waybill preparation, customs documentation, and shipment coordination.   

* Ability to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipping arrangements while ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
