WANNI FUGA STORE SALE — TERMS OF SALE

We are pleased to welcome you to our upcoming store sale at our Lekki and Abuja stores. To ensure a seamless, organised, and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers, the sale will be conducted strictly on a registration and appointment basis.

1. Registration & Appointment

• Access to the sale is strictly by registration and confirmed appointment.
• The registration booking link opens on 21 September 2026.
• Appointments are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once the booking window closes, the registration link will not be reopened, and additional appointments will not be accommodated.
• Customers must select and attend their appointment at the store location chosen during registration.
• Walk-ins will not be permitted.

2. Appointment Fee

• A ₦50,000 appointment fee is required to secure your reservation.
• The appointment fee is fully redeemable against your total purchase made during your scheduled sale appointment. It will be deducted from your final total at checkout.
• The appointment fee is non-refundable if no purchase is made during the appointment, subject to rescheduling terms.

3. Rescheduling

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule by notifying us at least 24 hours prior to your slot time.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior may not be accommodated.
• Missed appointments without prior notice or a valid rescheduling request are considered forfeited; the appointment fee will not be refundable or transferable.
• Rescheduling is subject to real-time slot availability.

4. Sale Items & Final Sale Policy

• All items purchased during the sale are FINAL SALE.
• Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or altered after purchase.
• Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect size, fit, colour, condition, and overall suitability before completing payment. Once items leave the store, the purchase is final.
• No adjustments, modifications, or alterations will be made to sale items.

5. Stock & Availability

• All sale items are available in limited quantities. Items cannot be reserved or held without payment.
• Availability of particular styles, sizes, or colours is not guaranteed.

6. Payment

• Full payment must be made at checkout to complete a purchase.
• The ₦50,000 appointment fee will be deducted from your final purchase amount. Any outstanding balance must be settled before items are released.

7. Appointment Timing & Punctuality

• Appointments run for 60 minutes sharp. Please arrive on time.
• Late arrival may result in a reduced shopping period and may affect our ability to accommodate the appointment.

8. Personal Shopping Experience & Guest Policy

• One ticket admits one customer only. Each registered guest must have their own booking confirmation to access the sale floor.
• Appointments are non-transferable unless expressly approved by Wanni Fuga.
